Short-Form Clips Pipeline

Finds the best moments in new long-form videos (with permission) and drafts clip titles, timestamps and captions.

Check [CHANNEL] (we have permission to clip it) for new long-form uploads.
For each new video, find 3-5 clip-worthy moments (30-90s): a strong claim, a surprising number, a story, or a clear how-to.
For each clip: start/end timestamps, a hook title under 60 characters, a caption, and 3 hashtags.
Credit the original creator in every caption. Don't upload or post anything; hand me the list for review.
