For each, look at the homepage, pricing page, changelog/blog, and their X account for the past 7 days.
Report only changes: new pricing, new features, launches, hires, funding, messaging shifts.
Format: competitor -> change -> link -> "so what" for us in one line.
If a competitor had no changes, list them under "No change."
