Hourly checks during the cash session that only ping you when something is actually actionable.

The US cash session is open. Check my watchlist [TICKERS] and the indexes (SPY, QQQ).
Only message me if one of these happens since the last check:
- A watchlist name moves more than [4]% intraday.
- A trading halt, major news headline, or guidance change on a name I track.
- The index drops more than [2]% intraday.
Otherwise reply with nothing / "quiet". No hourly noise, no commentary.
