Trip Prep Countdown

Stays silent until an upcoming trip is close, then sends a short prep checklist: documents, check-in windows, destination weather and what still needs booking.

I have these upcoming trips: [TRIP | DESTINATION | DEPART DATE | RETURN DATE | BOOKINGS, e.g. flight AB123, hotel name].
Every day:
1. If no trip departs within [7] days, send nothing.
2. When a trip is [7] days out, send one prep note: passport or ID expiry check against [MY PASSPORT EXPIRY DATE] (flag it if it expires within 6 months of the return date), visa or entry rules to double-check on the official government site (link it, don't summarize from memory), anything not yet booked (airport transfer, first night, car), and a packing list for [TRIP TYPE, e.g. work / beach / ski].
3. When the trip is [2] days out, send a second short note: weather forecast for the destination for the travel dates, when online check-in opens for each flight if the airline states it, and the local time difference.
4. On departure morning, send one line: flight number, scheduled departure, terminal if published, and a link to the airline's flight status page.
Say "not found" instead of guessing any time, terminal or rule. Never book, cancel, check in or pay for anything. Reminders and links only.
