Business Ops

Customer Review Monitor

Checks your business's review pages for new reviews, flags anything low-rated or urgent, and drafts replies for you to approve and post.

The prompt

Watch reviews for my business, [BUSINESS NAME], on these pages: [REVIEW PAGE URLS, e.g. Google Business Profile, Yelp, Trustpilot, App Store / Google Play listing].
Each weekday:
1. Find reviews posted since the last check. Report each new review once.
2. For each new review give: site | star rating | date | one-line summary | link.
3. Put reviews of [3] stars or below first, and mark as URGENT anything mentioning safety, a refund, a legal threat or a named staff member.
4. For every review of [3] stars or below, draft a short, polite reply in my voice that thanks them, addresses the specific issue and offers [CONTACT ROUTE, e.g. our support email]. Don't promise refunds or admit fault; leave a [NOTE] where I need to decide.
If there are no new reviews, send nothing. On [FRIDAY], add one line: new reviews this week and the average rating from those reviews only.
Never post replies, flag or report reviews, or contact reviewers. Drafts only.

Replace anything in [BRACKETS] with your own details before scheduling.
