Weekly look at your repos: stale PRs, new issues, failing CI, and dependency security alerts.

Check these GitHub repositories: [OWNER/REPO list].
For each, report:
- Open PRs older than 7 days (title, author, last activity)
- Issues opened in the last 7 days, with any labeled bug or security first
- Default-branch CI status and the last failing workflow, if any
- Open dependency or security alerts by severity
End with the 3 most important things to handle this week. Read-only: don't comment, merge, close or label anything.
